High quality
This is the first time I’ve ordered cod liver oil capsules from My Vitamins, although I regularly order other products. As usual they were delivered the next day and I find them easy to swallow. One a day is perfect for me and fits nicely into my daily routine. The price is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

It does help
This is my 3rd month taking these to help with my bones, mainly my hips. I've seen a massive difference this month, so they take a little while to get going. Mainly seen a difference in my back aching, I get a lot less pain. My hip is a lot less painful and I'm taking less pain killer. I just wish I started taking it along while ago
