ACNE!!!
Started taking these having never suffered with my skin prior, and developed acne. The vitamin B6 & 12 levels in these supplements are very high. Do not take if you aren’t vitamin B deficient. Thought these would improve my fatigue and developed acne in the process. Still trying to get rid of the effect 10 months on, not worth it at all!

B complex
I've recently found this site and find the choice and prices amenable. My only concern is that the tub was half full so could have been smaller, saving on plastic

Please change the shape
I will persevere with this jar as I am sure they are doing me good but I find them really hard to swallow. They get stuck on the back of my tongue and when they do eventually go down I can feel them. It's a little off putting. I sometimes bite them in half but it doesn't help with them getting stuck on my tongue. Apart from that, I can feel the benefits after 2 weeks.

Beware of the high b12 level = acne!
Started taking these from the 8th of feb. For the last few months I have had horrible large clusters of acne on the back of my neck/hairline and more than normal spots on my scalp. I couldn't fathom why, but now I look at my camera roll and the first day I took a picture of this acne was the 21st of feb, 2 weeks after daily use. A quick google search proves too much b12 can cause acne. Might be an ok vitamin if you're deficient and not taking any other supplements, but honestly be careful! (not really MV fault, just the dosage you need to check)
