What a fantastic set of soft gel vitamins. Firstly, they’re tiny and so easy to swallow. But having taken them for two months now, I’ve really noticed a difference. I feel like I’ve got more energy and the aches in my knees and joints have definitely reduced. Thoroughly recommend these; essential in the winter months when there’s a lack of natural sunlight to be had!

Online I read that taking D3 shows some improvement for nasal polyps and allergy/rhinitis symptoms. I’ve been taking these daily for a few months now and my nasal symptoms are almost completely gone. Of course I took these in combination with hayfever tablets, but the swelling and blocked feeling in my nasal passages has completely gone and I can breathe easily.
