Taste
A beauty purchase , the taste, the size and the feel is amazing. I notice difference in my skin and my hair, my hair was receding but I notice it has stopped. Will keep taking it

Nice taste not sure if doing anything
These taste nice, a bit annoying you have to take two as you go through them quickly. No idea if they are working yet, probably too early to tell!

Amazing
I never usually write reviews but these are genuinely amazing. I usually have thick hair and lost a lot of it post-partum, I actually started to get bald spots! I’ve been taking these for a few month and I actually have regrowth! I’ve tried so many different products and these are the only things that helped!

Postpartum hair loss
I’ve been struggling with postpartum hair loss and I now have lots of patches in my hair line. My hair dressers recommended I took some hair and nails vitamins to help and I saw this being used by someone I follow on Instagram so thought I would give them a try. It’s only been a couple of weeks and my hair is growing back not sure if it’s these that are helping but I will continue to take as I have thin hair that breaks a lot so hoping will help with that also. Bonus that they taste delicious

I’ve only been taking these vitamins for about month and am on my 2nd batch but it’s early so am yet to see the full benefit but i can say the flavour is good and the delivery is prompt.

Eyelashes and brows
I took these on my sister's recommendation as she had noticed her eyebrows and lashes were growing too while taking these. I have been using for two months now and I have lashes where before they were stumps and I my brows have started to grow back and I haven't plucked them since 2007! No joke. Also a patch of eczema I have had on my thumb for 5 years has gone. Amazing!
