I have been taking these gummies for a few weeks. The first noticeable difference was how clear my skin looked, I also feel my energy levels have improved. Having said that, I am taking My vitamin collagen supplements along side these gummies. I will be keeping up my purchase of these, and the collagen. Brilliant products
I highly recommend if you are thinking about trying these products out to just give it a go and you will see. I'm halfway through the month and have to say I am noticing good changes as expected. Got these as my hair and nails are in need of some TLC. Only had them one month but can already feel the difference. My nails are growing stronger with a lot less splitting and my hair feels thicker already. Popping them in my basket again.
