These are definitely the go to vitamins for my partner. He has been taking them for a long time now and wouldn’t use any others. I’ve used this site for a long time now and find its great value for money and the supplements do what they say on the tin or in this case bottle. Highly recommend

Good for what they obtain

Been taking these for 2 years now can say they do work really well with omega fish oils which inc a Vit D supplement. There has been a few changes to the supplement over the 2 years where some vits have been taken out, however there still remains various amount of essential multi vits Overall, works for me with mood, overall mental and physical health - combine with fish oils these tablets are good for a busy life.

The smell and taste of these are disgusting, almost to the point I questioned have they went bad.. I took them anyway, my first day I had the recommended dose x2 tablets this made me tired and a heavy head ache, next 2 days I only took 1 and found the same results but not as bad. I drink plenty of water throughout the day so can't only be the product. 100% not for me!
