I am a total a skeptic about the authenticity of multivitamin's or anything as a matter of fact, but not these. I have been using the app MyFItnessPal and logging all my food, at the end of each day it became apparent to me, I am heinously under in terms of what my body needs in minerals and Vitamins. After taking A-Z alongside a healthy diet my body is now getting what it needs, and running at optimal performance. I feel amazing. I have not incorporated gym work into my life style change just yet, I am solely diet for a month and half first, so it’s obvious to me, my change is not because I am fitter, but because my body is getting everything it needs through diet and these Multivitamins. Can’t wait for the gym and to feel even more benefits from this great product once I start getting fitter too. Would give a 100 stars if I could. It’s changed my life, I am happier, more motivated, more energy, sleep better and much more.
