I was sooooo sceptical about these but I thought I’ll give them a go. An over share of information incoming - I lost my big toenail during a horse event when I was 10 and my nail would grow back not attached to my toe and just come off. I’ve been taking these for 3 months now and my toe nail is nearly fully grown back (healthy) . I don’t think it’s any coincidence because I have tried a lot over the years (I’m now 26) for nail injuries and nail growth I would honestly recommend these. Having a funny looking toe nail through my teenage years especially on holiday cause a lack of self confidence. I’m so gutted I never found them sooner!!
