Subscription FAQs

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime. Simply log in to your account here and visit the subscription section.

When you cancel your subscription you’ll stop it from auto-renewing but you’ll still receive the boxes left in your order. For example, if you cancel your 3-month subscription in the first month, you’ll still pay for the second and third box.

What date will I pay for my subscription?

The initial payment will be taken when you purchase your first box. The rest of the payments are automatically scheduled and will be determined by the dispatch of your previous box. This will ensure you only receive your box when you need it. Eg: If your previous box was dispatched on January 1st, your next box will be dispatched and billed on February 1st.

Can I change the address on my subscription?

Yes. You can change the address on your account page here and it ill come into effect on the following month.
